Greatness requires dedication to one's chosen craft. All too often, those promoted into leadership roles neglect the importance of continued study, development, and refinement of their leadership skills. I have been fortunate to have worked directly with a number of dedicated leaders over my 35 year professional career. Most have influenced my leadership style; some by example and some from the mentoring they provided.
