Defining your leadership brand

Greatness requires dedication to one's chosen craft. All too often, those promoted into leadership roles neglect the importance of continued study, development, and refinement of their leadership skills. I have been fortunate to have worked directly with a number of dedicated leaders over my 35 year professional career. Most have influenced my leadership style; some by example and some from the mentoring they provided. These leaders shared certain characteristics that defined their brand including humility, respect, courage, and a thirst for knowledge. Consider how you will enhance your leadership brand in 2018.
